This site may be used for lawful purposes only. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Landings at Waterford Homeowners Association, its owners and partners from any claims resulting from the use of this website that damages the user or any other party.

Privacy Policy

Visitors to this site have the option to provide or not to provide any information. A login is not required for viewing the site. If you elect not to provide information when inquiring about the community, no action will be taken to obtain information from or about you.

Any information you submit for a request for further information about the community is used solely for the purpose it was intended.

For each visitor to the website, the web server automatically tracks page views to generate a domain report, referrer report, browser report, and operating system report. These reports are used to aggregate information on what pages are being accessed.

Email addresses are not captured. If you volunteer your email address, it will only be used to communicate with you. Your email address is never shared with others.
